Owner-Managed Services ...

For owners who want to manage day-to-day activities on their rental property, Owner-Managed Services may be the perfect option for you.

Your home will receive the same marketing and tenant selection services as Managed properties. Once the applicant is approved and the lease is negotiated and signed, the property owner takes over to complete the move-in inspection, collect the security deposit and assume management duties.

We will provide the tenant with your name, telephone number and mailing address so they know where to send their rent payments and who to contact for maintenance issues.

Once your property is vacant again, give us a call and we'll find you another tenant!

There is a $200 setup fee and a procurement fee equal to one month's rent for this service (setup fee is waived on managed properties). The setup fee should be submitted with the management agreement. The procurement fee is not due until we find a qualified tenant for your property. Once the lease is signed and the tenant pays their first month's rent to AmeriSouth Management, Inc., the funds are retained and applied to your outstanding balance.

Too busy to complete the move-in inspection? AmeriSouth Management, Inc. will also complete the move-in inspection and collect the deposit on your behalf for an additional $100.
